It is a powerful constructor, which enables to build security systems with various types of functionality for any kind of object: complex, distributed, and/or centralized.

Our System is integrated with Point-of-Sale system's transaction data from the computers or cash registers, so you see on a computer screen the video images of the clerk, the till, and the customer linked together with the transaction information. You can search the system by date and time, product groups and financial amounts. It is therefore easy to see, for example, if all the goods have been registered for the purchase, if the right amount of money has been exchanged, or if there's been giving employee discounts to friends or etc. Also the system has the ability to trigger a video clip during predetermined system events like a no-sale or cancelled order.

Barnet Surveillance offers Secure Remotely Monitoring, which gives the ability to an authorized supervisor easily remotely monitor a live video feed of one or multiple store locations using Internet Explorer from any Internet connection. Integrated video is the ultimate deterrence for unauthorized employee activity. Each snapshot or video clip is stored to a local hard disk drive for playback minutes, months or years later.

Video surveillance module

Cameras - up to 32
Display - up to 32 camera flows per computer (at a single virtual screen). Number of virtual screens is not limited.
Motion detector - Detection of presence of moving objects. Empirically established presets of image size and sharpness. Configuration of detection area separately for every camera. Visual indication of moving objects' edges. Alarm recording independent for every camera, with specified pre- and post-recording periods. Redistribution of resources in case of alarm.
Video data compression - Motion-Wavelet algorithm. Image size depends on resolution, color, compression rate and detalization and varies from 2 to 80 KB.
Recording format - Wavelet fragments - 100 frames (configurable) by loop (erasing old and recording new fragments with 100MB buffer (configurable) for every local hard disk drive.
Local recording - Separate for every camera.
Playback - Search of archived images by date and time. Indication of recording density, per day. Frame-by-frame playback back and forth. Increased playback speed - up to 25 Fps . External decoder and viewer utilities.
Digital zoom - x 2, x4, x8, x16.
Contrast enhancement of images for sharper and detailed recording under low-light conditions.
Recording and display modes (display, recording, playback) - Recording never depends on other modes. Display and playback of images received from a camera depend on each other only in case of a single virtual screen.
TCP\IP support - Configuration and control over all objects is possible via LAN, Dialup, ISDN.
Remote control - Internet-enabled display and control over cameras and PTZ devices. The system includes a built-in web-server.
Export of images and movies - Images can be exported to JPG format. Movies - to AVI using any video codec installed in operating system. Export of synchronized video and audio to AVI format.
Schedule - Unlimited number of time zones. The system maintains specified time periods for automatic camera operation.
Audible alert - Any system event registered by any camera can be followed with a specified sound. Requires sound board.
